2. The object of the company is the construction and operation of Linz airport with all associated secondary services (such as, for example, commercial aircraft maintenance, fuel sales, air cargo, hospitality and shuttle services).
Linz airport is therefore an infrastructure facility for aviation. As part of the activities listed above, Linz airport issues information regarding flights and other services offered, and is in direct contact with its customers, for example as part of complaint management.
3. The company processes customer data for information and communication purposes. Specifically, this data includes: Name, address, and in some cases e-mail address and company.
4. If customers register for an event, we process personal data concerning names and the date of the event, and also document attendance where required.
