2. The object of the company is the construction and operation of Linz airport with all associated secondary services (such as, for example, commercial aircraft maintenance, fuel sales, air cargo, hospitality and shuttle services).
Linz airport is therefore an infrastructure facility for aviation. As part of the activities listed above, Linz airport issues information regarding flights and other services offered, and is in direct contact with its customers, for example as part of complaint management.
3. The company processes customer data for information and communication purposes. Specifically, this data includes: Name, address, and in some cases e-mail address and company.
4. If customers register for an event, we process personal data concerning names and the date of the event, and also document attendance where required.
5. The listed data is stored for a period of seven years.

In order to make the website technically accessible, purely technical data is transmitted to the server of AccessiBe Ltd, Israel (DSGVO compliant by adequacy decision) , with server location USA (DSGVO compliant by SCC, Standard Contractual Clause). This data is SSL3 encrypted and deleted immediately after retrieval of the accessible, technical information. No data storage takes place. Only the IP address, user agent (web browser).
